By using Organized Image at organized-image.junskihere.com (the "site") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

The site provides a free, browser-based tool for organising photographs and producing printable album layouts. The tool runs entirely in your browser. We do not receive, store or process your photographs, and we provide no hosting, backup or storage service for your files.

You retain all rights to the photographs and other files you use with the tool. We claim no licence over them, and because they never leave your device we could not exercise one. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use the images you process.

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or to process material you have no right to use.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the site or its hosting infrastructure.
• Misrepresent the site as your own, or remove attribution where it is displayed.

The tool includes an optional feature that renames and moves files on your own computer. It previews every change, requires explicit confirmation, never deletes anything, and writes an undo record. Even so, file operations carry inherent risk.

You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your files before using any feature that writes to disk. We accept no responsibility for lost, misplaced or altered files.

The site and tool are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at any particular time, that results will meet your expectations, or that printed output will match any specific device, paper or colour profile.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, files, profits or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the site — including wasted printing materials, misaligned cutting, or any outcome of using the file organisation feature.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

The site displays advertising supplied by third parties and may link to external sites. We do not control that content and are not responsible for it. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. See our privacy policy for how advertising affects your data.

The site is offered free of charge, and we may modify, suspend or discontinue it, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice. Because your projects are stored in your own browser rather than on our servers, discontinuation would not remove data from your device.

These terms may be updated from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date, and continued use of the site after that constitutes acceptance.
