Privacy Policy

Last updated: 14 September 2026

This policy explains what happens to your data when you use Organized Image at organized-image.junskihere.com (the "site"), including the photo album tool hosted here.

The short version. Your photos are never uploaded. They are read and processed entirely inside your own browser, and there is no server that could receive them. We do not ask for an account, a name or an email address. The only third-party data collection on this site comes from advertising, described below.

Your photos and files

When you choose a folder, your browser grants this page permission to read those files. All processing — reading EXIF metadata, generating thumbnails, computing hashes, scoring image quality, applying colour grading and rendering the PDF — happens locally, on your own device, using your browser's built-in capabilities and Web Workers.

Specifically:

  • No photo, thumbnail, filename or piece of metadata is transmitted to us or to anyone else.
  • There is no backend server, database or storage bucket that receives user content.
  • We cannot see your photos, and we could not retrieve them if asked.
  • Files are read only. The tool modifies files on your computer only if you explicitly use the "Organize files on disk" feature, which previews every change and requires confirmation. That operation also happens entirely locally.

You can verify this. Open your browser's developer tools, switch to the Network tab, and use the tool. After the page and its scripts have loaded, no further requests carrying your data are made.

Data stored on your device

To let you close the tab and come back to a project, the site saves data in your browser's local storage (IndexedDB). This stays on your device and is never transmitted.

What Why
Project metadata (filenames, dates, dimensions, quality scores, album layout) So a project can be reopened without re-processing everything.
Small thumbnails (roughly 360 pixels) So the interface can show your album before you reconnect the folder.
Preferences and print settings So you do not have to set up paper size and margins each time.
A reference to the folder you chose So reconnecting is one click. The reference alone grants no access; your browser still asks permission.

You can remove all of it at any time by deleting the project inside the tool, or by clearing site data for this domain in your browser settings.

Advertising

This site is free and is supported by advertising. We use Google AdSense to display adverts.

  • Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.
  • Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the internet.
  • You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.
  • You can also opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalised advertising at aboutads.info or Your Online Choices.

Advertising cookies are set by the advertising provider, not by us, and are entirely separate from the photo tool. Adverts have no access to your photos or to anything the tool stores on your device. Blocking cookies or using an ad blocker does not affect the tool's functionality in any way.

For details on how Google handles data from sites that use its services, see Google's partner sites policy.

Analytics

We do not run our own analytics, and we do not track individual users across the site. Hosting infrastructure may keep standard server access logs (IP address, timestamp, requested file, user agent) for security and reliability. These logs are not used to build user profiles.

Your rights and choices

Because we do not collect personal data, there is generally nothing for us to export, correct or erase. In practice:

  • You control locally stored data through your own browser settings.
  • You control advertising cookies through the opt-out links above and your browser's cookie controls.
  • If you are in the EEA, UK or California and believe personal data relating to you has been processed by this site, contact us using the details on the contact page and we will respond.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted here with a new "last updated" date. Material changes to how data is handled will be described at the top of the page.
